Eating Out Vegan
Can be done. Indian, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese!
These Restaurants usually have a great selection of vegetarian and/or vegan dishes. If you don't see a section just ask. Most can substitute or hold off on cheese, sauce, egg ect. Watch out for ghee (Indian butter) also curries contain yoghurt or creams. Egg noodles can be replaced with rice noodles or rice. Make sure to be your own advocate and ask your waiter.
Pad Thai is my favorite. Its Rice noodles with a peanut sauce. Topped with green onion and crushed peanuts with a side of bean sprouts. Yummy!

Gourmet pizza restaurants can substitute cheese for another topping of your choice. Pasta dishes can be vegan just make sure the noodles are egg free.
Baked potatoes are vegan just leave off the butter and sour cream. Vegetable spring rolls a lot of supermarket deli's carry them in the Chinese//Indian counter.
Salad wraps in cafes or coffee shops are really popular. Some even are made to order so pile on those greens :)
we try not to eat at fast food restaurants because of all the hydrogenated oils they use. Fresh fresh is very best so keep that in mind :)
