I love coffee and web browsing on blogs/facebook/pinterest, healthy organic (GMO free) cooking, and lots of kisses from Chris, Aiden, Coren and Mason...I am complete. I thrive to make our lives better. I have began a new stage in my life for my children. I want to show health to my children and what better way thru our every day life. 10 Minute Speghetti Squash

Step 1: Poke holes in spaghetti squash and put into microwave for 2 minutes.

Step 2: Take out of microwave and cut in half and scoop seeds out, put back into microwave for 5-7 minutes depending on size of squash. It may take more time if you have a large squash.

Step 3: While cooking squash saute your desired vegetables on the stove.

Step 4: Scrap out the squash into a large bowl.

Step 5: Add vegetables and stir in marinara sauce

Step 6: Its done! Top it off with your favorite vegan topping. I either use Daiya cheese or Parma.
